N/V Rosé/Red – 98 Cases Produced (lower alcohol 10%)
Is it a Rosé? Is it a light red? We don't know. But it is a new addition to our lineup and it is just 10% alcohol. This isn't a low intervention wine like most of what we make at Little Farm, but a reduced alcohol wine (just 10%) that dances on the line between being a dark Rosé or a light red. Anyway, it is labelled as Rosé N/V.
This unique blend is a combination of 2022 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon and 2021 vintage Chardonnay. You can't make lower alcohol wines without quite a bit of intervention. For this wine, reverse osmosis was used to strip out some of the alcohol to make it a lower, lighter 10%.
The wine is dry, juicy, fresh, tastes like crunchy berries and is best served with a nice chill on it.
