2020 Mulberry Tree Vineyard Riesling
The 2020 Mulberry Tree Vineyard Riesling is pale gold in colour with an intense nose of lemon, lime, white peach, nectarine, spiced apple, chalk, wet stone and some lees notes, with just a hint of petrol. Just off-dry with high, balancing acidity, an intense palate, and flavours of lime, green apple, wet stones and lemongrass and developing a waxy richness. Beautiful texture with a very long, mineral finish.
Wild fermented from the organic Mulberry Tree Vineyard, this wine sees a light filtration prior to bottling but is otherwise made in a natural way with low sulfur additions.
