The 2020 is a richer styled Rosé more in the image of a riper Tavel than a light Provençal style. The nose shows ripe raspberry and strawberry, a rich texture, slightly off-dry with crisp, refreshing acidity. A burly 14% alcohol this is a fuller, intense Rosé that can stand up to richer, bolder dishes.
