Our original Orange wine, a Riesling, has now been named #1, so this second Orange wine becomes Orange #2! The #2 is a rich, textured, full wine with exotic citrus aromas, crisp fresh acidity and great length.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003ePied de Cuve are Little Farm's natural wines. these are wines that receive almost no intervention from start to finish and are therefore a pure reflection of the place, the grape and the vintage. Pied de Cuve is a technique to start a fermentation using only the yeasts that are naturally occurring on the skin of the grapes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2025 was a great year in British Columbia as the vineyards bounced back with a great crop after almost no crop in 2024.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe organic Chardonnay grapes for this wine were foot trodden and left to ferment naturally on the skins for around 9 days before gentle pressing and then finishing their fermentation and spending another 8 months ageing on the lees in stainless steel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDeep, bright orange in colour with an intense nose of ripe peach, honey, tea leaves, orange zest and dried flowers.
