Unfined and unfiltered. It pops with crunchy, fresh mixed berries, savoury dried wild herbs, floral violet notes, earth, leather and baking spice and has a long, refreshing finish. Try it lightly chilled for summer deliciousness. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eThis vintage is sourced from a vineyard in Kaleden in the Okanagan Valley named Michelle's Escape. The grapes were partially foot trodden with 1\/3 left as whole clusters. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eFermentation took place with wild yeast. Three punch downs per day were done gently by hand with 9 days total of skin contact. After that the wine was pressed, racked once off the lees in November and again in March off the fine lees.
